Since the 1960’s, Loeb has invested in and managed real estate assets for the Loeb family, other high net worth families, major domestic and foreign pension funds, insurance companies and private investment groups.
Loeb has partnered in many of these investments, under a wide variety of investment structures, with firms including George Comfort & Sons, Jamestown, JP Morgan Asset Management, Aetna, CV Starr & Co. and InterCapital Group. It has financed these transactions across the full spectrum of commercial lenders, including major commercial and investment banks like JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley and Bank of China; life companies such as New York Life and MetLife; and government-sponsored enterprises like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
